You May Have a Problem If:

There is visible mold growth.
Building materials are visibly damaged by water infiltration.
There is a persistent odor of mold or mildew.
There are existing problems with moisture in the building.
The situation has lasted longer than 48 hours.

How Do You Control Mold?

The best strategy to control mold growth is to control moisture problems in the building. Areas of concern are: Roof leaks, leaking plumbing, window & door leaks, caulk and sealant failure, gutters, landscape problems and structural leaks.

How We Can Help

To determine if you have a problem we may do air sampling and microbial swab or tape lift tests . If you do have a problem we will provide the appropriate protocol to control and solve your problem. Prompt response is important. EPA guidelines say to start drying within 48 - 72 hours.

It is essential to stop mold at once as many insurance policies specifically exclude mold remediation. Correct the problem before it gets too big and expensive.

Before starting any drying we can determine if there are other problems such as asbestos which may complicate the drying process.

If the water source is not clean, if it is contaminated by sewage, biological or chemical waste, then clean up and testing methods will be stricter.

What We Do

We use the right equipment, and follow the industry standard guidelines such as: IICRC S500 and IICRC S550

We moisture map the damages using state of the art technologies such as Infra Red Thermal Imaging to follow the problem to its source and correct the problem.

We monitor all testing, mitigation and remediation protocols for compliance with State and EPA guidelines. We assure the right chemicals, equipment, protective clothing, removal, disposal, testing and clearance procedures.

We monitor the drying process and keep accurate records and photographs of the drying progress.

After remediation we provide independent third party testing and verification that the remediation process has been successful.
